EFT ~ Emotional Freedom Technique ~ "Tapping"
Commonly known as “Tapping”, EFT is based on the principles of the ancient Chinese medical system of acupuncture and modern psychology. The brain goes on alert when experiencing a negative emotional state …. i.e.: anxiety: fear: anger; etc. This negative emotion creates a stressed response in the body.
By tapping on specific meridian points, the body’s stressed response is stopped and the brain and body are reprogrammed to act and react differently to the negative state. A state of relaxation is achieved by neutralizing the “fight or flight” pattern through tapping. When we are truly relaxed, clarity of mind can bring new insights and perspectives of the former “issue”.
In short, EFT is an easy-to-use self help technique that can aid one in creating a calm feeling, when stressed, and in shifting unconscious emotional patterns.
Potential Outcomes of using EFT:

A session can vary from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on if this is someone's first EFT session.
